May be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s) back to our facility, a refund will be processed.

Due to the personalized nature of our items, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges. However, if the order was incorrect, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
